Tanzania Excluded from “Adjoining Country” List Under US Conflict Minerals Law?

A recent report states that US government officials have agreed to exclude Tanzania from the legal requirements under Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Act (the Conflict Minerals Law).

We will continue to provide updates on this matter.
